Maqasten lost her father in the 1999 massacre in Podujevo, KTV reports.
The pain of losing him says he was added when he heard news of Miodrag Shollaya's early release.
He adds that his sentence was unfair, and the release of Serbian criminals is killing Kosovo families for a second.
For the victims' associations and those missing in the war, the early release of two Serbs is no surprise. They seek response from the Kosovo state and internationals.
Miodrag Shollaya, former unit member “Scorpions” had been sentenced by the Serbian court to 15 years in prison for war crimes during 1999 in Podujevo.
From the same court, Sasa Cvjetan, who slaughtered 14 civilians among them and children, was released without full sentence.
The Bogujevci family has responded to their release, which has called on Kosovo institutions to treat seriously the victims of war and seek justice for them.
A reaction has been made by the Speaker of the Parliament, Kadri Wessel, on Facebook alone, calling it a shameful act of early release of these two Serbs convicted of war crimes.
