The failure to respond so far to the prime minister's request is being considered unreasonable by the law system's connoisseur, KTV reports.
According to Ehat Miftaright, from the Kosovo Institute for Justice, the Constitution has had to clarify immediately after accepting the request that the prime minister in his resignation has no right to request interpretation.
In anticipation of the Constitutional Court's opinion are the Ministry of Finance.
Lulzim Rafuna, adviser to Minister Bedri Hamza, has said they cannot make any decision, until the Constitution's acceptance of the opinion.
But, according to Ehat Miftaraj, Haradinaj's request would not have to influence the decision making, as it is about sharing means for the CEC.
On the other hand, the Constitutional Court in a written response to KTV has said they have no timetable for examining the requirements.
The “based on practices so far on institutional requirements, including the most urgent situation, the minimum time for the Court's decision-making ranges from one and a half months to two months”, says the Constitutional response.
Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj has resigned from the prime minister's post following the invitation for interview by the Specialised Prosecutor's Office.
