Finnish lawyer has said that states like Qatar and Turkey have increased influence in Kosovo. According to him, on the issue of Islamisation, these two states are funding mosques that are built in Kosovo.

Turkey has repeatedly strengthened its position, especially in Kosovo. Similarly, Islamic countries like Qatar, which are constantly funding the construction of new mosques and the support of women with “mbullea”, says Pietiläinen.

According to Pietiläinen, the EULEX mission, has not been able to integrate into Kosovo what is known as the best European <x0).

He has also mentioned the case of two large families in Pec, that Elshani, and Kelmendi.

Also the Canun issue, which he says is still current in Kosovo.

He stresses that honour killings and blood feuds are not Islamic beliefs, but the country's ancient customary practices.

Simo Pietiläinen says that after the war, weapons have not been delivered by citizens in Kosovo, and by 1999, part of them have remained in their hands.
