CEC spokesman Valmir Elezi has confirmed this in a direct link to Info Magazine in Klan Kosova.
No coalition has been handed over to the CEC” so far.
Elez stressed that political parties are obsessed with declaring their coalitions by deadline, August 30th until midnight.
It is the legal obligation for parties to declare coalitions today by midnight. Their statement after this time is not counted as coalitions. ”
He added that the deadline has been only for parties that want to compete in the October 6th snap elections as a coalition, not for lists.
“Today is the only deadline for political parties that want to compete with coalitions. Lists for deputies and demands for certificate of voter turnout are made in the next term. So this is done by the 6th of September until midnight,”
Central Election Commission spokesman indicated that the coalitions after August 30th cannot be destroyed.
The “parties that can break coalitions cannot be pulled by coalitions so they cannot compete alone without coalitions. ”
