The LDK has not yet discussed collecting these signatures. Meanwhile, in VV, although this issue has been discussed, they have not yet begun collecting signatures to call this session.

We signed the signatures earlier for a no-confidence motion, but now this is a new situation. It is expected to be discussed”, he said.
And Albin Kurti's opposition party is hosting President Hashim Thaci to handle consultations. If they are neglected, the VV says it will start signing.
We had a chat, but we didn't have any signatures, since this week it's a warning that the president is continuing with the consultations. The signing collection has been an additional tool if the president continues to neglect these. If it doesn't happen this week, next week we start signing”, VV spokesman Arlind Manjuka said.
The initiative of the extraordinary session for the distribution of the Assembly, Initiative and PSD is being hosted by the two major opposition parties -- the LDK and the VV.
The head of the Social Democrat Initiative Parliamentary Group, Bilall the Sheriff, has said that if it were in place of opposition, he would call the session for the dissolution of the Assembly once the prime minister resigns.
I don't understand the opposition that for two years it has held some 40 extraordinary sessions, for two years it has called on extraordinary elections and is now unable to collect 40 signatures for the session to distribute the Assembly. I give my vote to the opposition as soon as he calls the session. There are two things: either you call the Speaker of the Assembly, or 40 deputies”, the Sheriff said of Insideder, stressing that the VV and LDK are not for elections.
“More are praying to them to postpone elections than Hashim Thaci himself, he added.
Even the PSD deputy is waiting for the LDK to record the distribution of the Assembly through an extraordinary session.
This party's MP, Besa Battiu, has said the issue is to prosecute the LDK.
“The LDK and VV have 40 signatures, and as they have called dozens of extraordinary sessions, they have been able to call it such an extraordinary session. It is up to the largest opposition party to proceed with this job to receive VV signatures. Ours is also”, Baftiu said.
President Hashim Thaci, whose actions seem to be hosting all political subjects, met yesterday with Central Election Commission Chairman Valdete Daka.
After the meeting, Thaci said he would consider all possibilities for consultations with political parties in the Kosovo Assembly.
“If political parties are unable to respond to this new political reality in a reasonable timeline, I am ready to announce immediately the new” elections, he has said.
