Ilir Gashi from the Council for Business and Finance in the CEC has said that according to analyses, this institution needs over 5m euros for organising early elections.
He has added further that the budget issue should be addressed as soon as possible and institutions should not delay the means.
“We have addressed the budget we need, over 5m euros. It appears an increase in budget demand because it is considering increasing payments for trainers, leading polling stations. It should be treated as soon as possible because institutions should not delay us for the “tools, he has said.
Enis Halimi, chief head of the CEC Secretariat, has said they can't do any procedure without breaking tools.
He says they have contacted the Ministry of Finance as well, but that neither do they.
We can't make any procedures to supply without budgeting. It is futile to announce today's elections to adopt the budget without means. We have contact with the Ministry of Finance, but neither do they. No supply procedure can begin. Take a step because it is futile to make decisions”, he said. +
CEC head Valdete Daka, meanwhile, has said they are awaiting the budget.
We expect this budget to dock for us. If we don't have money. we develop procedures only to the point where we legally enable procedures”, he has said.
During the meeting, the CEC has also approved the government's request for the allocation of 5m euros.
Adnan Rrustemi, from LVV, has said they will bear responsibility to all those who would impede the election organisation process.
The root has added that there have been discussions on the election campaign deadline, but that, according to him, has not yet been determined. He said there were estimates that the campaign should last 10 days.
Meanwhile, Sami Hamiti of the LDK has said that there is no reason not to make the budget decision, since, according to him, there are means.
“The situation is not different because other governments have also been in office. In 2017 we received the budget in two days. There is no reason not to make the budget decision because it is the Government in office. There is no hesitation that the device has”, he said.
