Ilir Gashi from the Council for Business and Finance in the CEC has said that according to analyses, this institution needs over 5m euros for organising early elections.

Enis Halimi, chief head of the CEC Secretariat, has said they can't do any procedure without breaking tools.

Meanwhile, Sami Hamiti of the LDK has said that there is no reason not to make the budget decision, since, according to him, there are means.
