The appointment is made contrary to Administrative Guide for criteria and the appointment procedures of KSHC members. By direction, August publishes a public invitation to the nomination of KC members. However, the ministry had not announced a public invitation to this position.
Parliamentary Commission for Education Chairman Ismail Kurteshi has said the minister should be pressured to cancel that decision. This, according to him, is currently considered with an illegal member.
I wrote the Minister about this appointment, but, according to him, everything's fine. Actually, the minister has not had the right to appoint this person since August 11th has not made a public invitation, but it is no wonder, because the current minister has committed many other violations”, he has declared.
