The decision was made by the Speaker of the Parliament, Gramoz Ruci, who has demanded that the first Monday of September, at 18.00, begin the first plenary session.
“Based on Article 74, Article 1 of the Constitution, Article 42, Rule 1 point 1 and Order No. 26, 298.2019 of Mr. Speaker of the Parliament. Gramoz Ruci, on the first Monday of September, on the 2,9,2019, will begin at the plenary session the work of the Assembly at the V session. The agenda of the plenary session is published on the official page of the Assembly”, the official announcement said.
