Police Notification
Following investigative work on whitewashing previously occurring thefts, as well as the detention and legal responsibility of suspected authors, police forces of Police Commissioner No.2 in collaboration with the Tirana Judiciary Circle Prochirorine and Police Commissioner No. 3, finalised police operation “Mashim”, arresting citizen E. B, 27, resident in Tirana.
By investigative actions conducted, recorded even with film footage, this citizen allegedly, under threat of a pistol firearm, committed several thefts, such as a market on “Naim Frasher”, a point of phone refueling on Durres' route, and is suspected of a credit loan provision in the Black Bird area.
At the moment of his arrest, he was found and seized in the quality of his material evidence, a pistol fire gun he was suspected of committing thefts, as well as the clothes he had used in his acquisitions with his hats.
The investigative work of whitening and documentation of other criminal events follows, where this citizen may be involved.
The procedure materials referred to the Prosecution at the First Century Court of Tirana for further actions for the criminal act “Gun-Delay”.
