AGK reacts to RTK Director: Stop Deignive Language Towards Nine Journalists

The Kosovo Journalists' association with concern is conveying the latest developments to RTK, with the fact that nine News Chamber journalists, according to their information provided by the AGK, are being asked unilaterally to system in other units of Kosovo Television, as a result of dissatisfaction with the illegal advances in the public medium”, reported in the report.
In fact, the AGK considers it disturbing that journalists are being labeled as political <x0-gazers” and requires RTK's distance for these qualities.
“The AGK is highly concerned with the claims of disgruntled journalists like <x1) political journalists” and requires the RTK management to distance itself immediately from such provisions” is written in the statement.
AGK has warned that in case of non-conform action, RTK will face the law.

On Saturday, nine RTK journalists had decided to seek their rights by writing letters and requests towards management. They have opposed the appointment of a news editor who they said had a degree when she was hired at RTK.
