Finance Minister Lulzim Rafuna's adviser said that over the next 24 hours the means are expected to appear in the CEC account, which it will use to organise elections.
Tuesday, The CEC, at its meeting, had demanded 5m and 698m euros from relevant institutions to organise elections.
And yesterday, the meeting warned about 11:00, The CEC didn't even hold it. CEC leaders warned two days ago that they would not take any action to organise free elections.
Otherwise, the Finance Ministry had remained hostage to the Constitutional for an opinion on how to operate in this case because of the situation created since the fall of Haradinaj Government. /I. Shaban/
