As a result of a physical contact that had occurred on May 18th 2018 in the Republic of Kosovo Assembly, amid the deputy head of the Parliament from the Democratic Party of Kosovo (PDK), Xhavit Haliti, and Democratic League of Kosovo deputy (LDK), Arben Gashi, the Constitutional Prosecutor in Pristina, has filed an indictment against Halit.
