Women MP group marks 14th anniversary

Clearly, at 10:00, in <x0 Square Skenderbeu” in Pristina, the exhibition of this group opens on the note of this anniversary.

Since its establishment in 2005, the mission of the Women MPs remains the construction of the democratic state, where it rules order and law, and where there are equal chances for women and men.

For 14 years of existence, they have presented bills and other norms, programs and activities for boosting women's welfare, emancipation, education, and strengthening of women in decision making.

The group of women MPs has participated in many conferences inside and abroad on various topics, but also represented the voice of sexually violated women during the recent war in Kosovo.
