Wessel: The elections are inevitable, PDK ready for election

Wessel, at a press conference after returning from office visit to the US, said they would now sit to talk about the time the elections should be held.

He said Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj's decision to resign was personal and that it had not been announced earlier.

“The former prime minister's decision to resign is a personal decision, and as such we have accepted it, despite having no preliminary announcement or consultation. Already, early elections are inevitable.

The Democratic Party of Kosovo is ready for elections, whenever they are appointed. What can be discussed now is only a time when they should be kept.

For that, I believe we will also have consultation with the coalition partners of the ups and other political parties, in accordance with the Constitution and Laws in power”, Veselin said.

He said that our citizens have full confidence that our state, sovereignty and integrity are and will be unencumbered forever!

Speaking of invitations to KLA fighters coming from the Special Court, which may come further, according to Wessel should not be allowed to cause confusion and uncertainty in our citizens.
