Vuciq wishes Trump America's independence, mentions finding a compromise in dialogue with Kosovo

Serbia's president, Alexander Vuciq, has written to US President Donald Trump, on the occasion of American Independence Day.

In his letter to the Urim, Vuciq has mentioned the problem with Kosovo, where he has asked the American president to find a final solution between the two states, which Vuciq also calls a compromise, writes Danas.

“I take advantage of this opportunity to thank you for the support the United States offers to Europe, and in particular for supporting efforts Serbia is making to promote a policy of peace and co-operation in the Western Balkans, as well as finding a compromise solution within dialogue with Pristina”, the Serbian president's letter says.

Vuciq has also called on the American president to visit Belgrade.

In the hope that you will soon visit us, accept my warmest greetings and deep respect”, says the conclusion of Vuciq's letter to President Trump.

Besides, the Serbian president has talked about reinforcement of Serbia's US reports.
