Upbuilding companies' interest in delivery of workers grows

In a short time, the Kosovo Energy Corporation Training Centre has become the reference point of many construction companies, which have sent their workers to this centre.

Elmi Konjusha, senior expert on mechanical training, has stressed that thanks to actions undertaken by the management to inform the opinion of the training centre's work has influenced the company's interest to increase.

The fact that the company in question has brought all workers to certified, pages too much for information that has begun to flow. Candidates who have come to this training need the Certificate part. From experience we've seen that before they passed the test, they still need the training of the entry, especially the security part. We can every day hear various accidents occur in Kosovo. One of the many reasons I was given this training and this certificate is the reduction of maybe even the avoidance of all of those <x1 accidents.

For candidates from one of several now interested companies, the training being held is important for the work they do with heavy machinery.

“I'm a senior operator and I'm driving great from 2008. Practice is good, but the theory is not enough. It's a very good training and a very good shot. Even though I have an experience of ten years on the job, this training has helped us a lot with the safety and maintenance of the machine. Now I think I'm complete for surgery with a fit-up”, he said, Sabri Haxhiu, Operator of the Wasder.

Meanwhile, the other candidate who is conducting excavatory operating training says this training has increased the security of operating with heavy machinery.

I've come to training with the appropriation process. I've been doing this since 2016. I didn't know there was an institution that did the certificate for heavy equipment. We are very grateful that it has helped us that, in the future, it also felt safer during the machine operation even with this license that we get here from KEK, we will be licensed in Kosovo to operate as heavy machine operators”, said Labinot Rexhepi.

After the completion of this training, she is expected to begin next training for workers of another company in line to wait for the launch of training and Certificate of her workers.

Besides the company we have now holding training, once we're done with this, there are two other companies waiting in line to certified, because they've realized the importance of training and Certificate. One of the reasons why at least the theoretical part of training has to be followed is to eliminate those negative phenomena, from the primary part of the car that is climbing and falling out of cars that often happen not too big but still prevent the work process, to safe operation with these”, has explained further, the top expert for mechanical training, Elmi Konjusha.

In addition to basic training, the Training Center also receives training through simulations where candidates with initial or without knowledge can be trained, as well as companies will have far greater benefits from security and efficient work.
