The appeal was made in a letter, which the executive Council of this union has addressed to Foreign Affairs Minister Behgjet Pacolli, as well as Deputy Minister Rayhan Vunqi, Secretary General Fitim Sadiku, as well as General Director Albert Prenkaj.
It has been reminded at the outset of Minister Pacolli's reminder that diplomacy as a state-owned device represents an asset that has needed to rely on decisions based on the principle of legitimacy and fairness, and not on formal improvised decisions to legalise and accommodate harmful interests for Kosovo's relations with receptive states.
