Acting Justice Minister Abelard Tahiri has reacted to some media reports that he had declared the Democratic Party of Kosovo is not ready for elections. Tahiri has thus referred to this as a misinterpretation of the discours held at government meetings. After some portal reporting for developments
Tahiri has thus referred to this as a misinterpretation of the discours held at government meetings.
After reporting some portals for today's developments during the meeting invited by the outgoing prime minister, I have noticed a misconvention of the discurs I have conducted at the meeting, over what is supposedly the Democratic Party of Kosovo is not ready for elections, I would like to correct these media and inform the country's citizens of the true content of the discurs that I developed. ”
He stressed that in the face of the situation Kosovo faces, besides the elections it has been necessary to seek information on whether there is a budget for election organisation.
The “in the face of the situation we find ourselves in, it has been necessary that, along with the elections that are inevitable, we should think about the operational aspects associated with them, therefore, the budget for the elections. In this direction, I have raised a legitimate question about what procedures have to be followed to secure the budget for holding elections, while something like that is not presumption this year on the budget plan because the typical 2019 is not planned as an electoral year. This is something that cannot be overlooked, and verifying the government's mandate in resignations to secure the budget for elections is most necessary. ”
The first of justice added that this question had been interpreted that the Democratic Party wants to avoid elections, but the fact that the government is resigning the elections is inevitable.
However, this legitimate question in the range of some media has been interpreted as the stance of the Democratic Party of Kosovo, on the grounds that the PDK is trying to avoid elections. The reality we currently share is only two things that are inevitable. The fact that the government is government in resignation on the one hand, and the fact that elections are necessary and no alternative on the other. ”
According to Tahiri for the election, the president of the Democratic Party of Kosovo, Kadri Veseli, has also indicated.
The PDK's “Positions on the situation and full availability for elections have also manifested the chairman PDK, Mr. Kadri Wessel. The PDK, like the biggest party in the country, is ready for national elections at any moment from this one I'm talking about, and this readiness is closely linked to our uncompetitive willingness to offer the country a meaningful and functional government, which gives our new aspirations for an economically strong state, irreparably towards European integration and long-term partnership with the United States. ”
