Too much: Swiss exile turns the vehicle into action films in Gjilan (Video)

A Periscop reader has recently sent a video of a case in Gjilan, where he sees a [nationalbus] vehicle of a Swiss exile returning illegally, like in action movies.

We are not believed to have dealt with an emergency case because the driver does not give the right signals or even speed up the way it does.

The irresponsible driving on the streets of Kosovo continues to remain a very disturbing event.
