Serwer: Corruption is taking over in Kosovo and Serbia

Western Balkan expert Daniel Serwer has declared that Serbia is not yet ready to reach an agreement on the recognition of Kosovo, until it has said the European Union should pressure the two states, where it has stressed that both countries' politicians are corrupt and think only of [the] interests....
While speaking of the Paris Summit's failure, Serwer has said it has exposed the problems and shortcomings that Kosovo-Serbia dialogue has had, and that the establishment of tax by the Cosow government has not managed to offer both sides.
While asked that 20 years after the NATO bombings, Serbia and Kosovo are happy democratic state, Cerwer has said so:
“Of course they are not completely happy or completely democratic. Law rule is missing. Corruption is very common. Politicians are more concerned about serving themselves and their parties than people. But if people want better, they have to vote for them”.
