Alexander Macesanou had called several times about where he was, but the policeman in the ministry told him to stay where he was and stop blocking his line.
It took 19 hours to locate the house where the girl was later found lifeless. The teenager was kidnapped while doing autostop near the town of Caracal in the south of the country, where she disappeared in April 18 years old Louise Melncu.
