The Foundation Court in Prizren, the Randa Department for Crime, respectively, has found Remzi Shala guilty of war crimes against the civilian population.
According to the Court's decision, Remzi Shala, known as the war's nickname " “" -- the Red Moll” -- has been sentenced to 14 years in prison and that the detention measure to him will continue until the tribunal's decision is complete.
Former Kosovo Liberation Army member Remzi Shala had also been invited by the Special Court in December last year to appear on January 17th 2019 at this court in The Hague, but he had refused to respond to the Special Court's invitation.
From the moment Shala had received an invitation from the Special Court, he has fled Kosovo and no one tells anything about his whereabouts.
