Kelmendi, through a Facebook post, has said that “Kosovo will need a Prime Minister who implements major interests (or major processes) policies of Kosovo, who co-operates closely with the international community, co-operates with the state and political leaders, and especially for the political moments in which Kosovo itself is located, and needs a prime minister who moves freely throughout the world space and creating space for the president to have a key role in the political process”.
Furthermore, Kelmendi has said that “in this reality is worth stressing that all these attempts not to go to extraordinary elections become independent of the winning party and will depend on Mr. Haradinaj, AAK, will be a further part of the current coalition partners”.

The situation created after Prime Minister Haradinaj's resignation and further procedures!
Prime Minister Haradinaj's resignation is a special act expressing institutional responsibility to respond to justice bodies, for which the same has been answered consistently, and whether in the first case even now, Mr. Haradinaj was for citizens to remain calm and support justice organs by believing and supporting the innocence of the KLA, in which I strongly believe.
After the prime minister's resignation, it is legally the entire government, but there is a difference in the ratio to the no-confidence motion where the loss of numbers to continue governance proves. So this case is special, personally giving up on legal obligations. In this situation, the winner of the election offers the next candidate for prime minister, as there is support for the vote, and for which the president rightfully or unjustly trusts the proposors, starting negotiations between the old and young partners to achieve numeric support. It is noteworthy here that the Serb list as usual turns out to be construction, if the prime ministerial candidate does not get the necessary votes in the first attempt to take place in the next 30 days, follows the proposal for the next candidate in 15 days' time, and if even the other candidate does not secure the necessary votes at the second try, then they are transferred to extraordinary elections, but only that process will last at least 60 days.
In this reality it is noteworthy that all these attempts not to go to extraordinary elections become independent of the winning party and will depend on Mr. Haradinaj, AAK, will be a further part of the acute coalition partners. But let's not forget that in these types of situations, in the past there have always been consultations with international partners, and in the case with the United States. Therefore, if the International Community deems it necessary to continue governance because of negotiations with Serbia then there will be many political contacts to convince any of the potential partners or large partners (here will be seen after the LKD elections), for governance to continue.
So, starting with these examples, Kosovo and the International Community now need a Prime Minister who suspends the tax (less easily) on Bosnia and Serbia for the appointed time.
Kosovo will need a Prime Minister who implements the policies of major interests (or major processes) of Kosovo, which co-operates closely with the international community, co-operates with the state and political leaders, and especially for the political moments in which Kosovo itself finds itself, and needs a prime minister who moves freely in the entire world space and creating space for the president to have a key role in this political process.
If this doesn't work, then the last option remains under the country's constitution. That for a 30 to 45-day deadline, you can go to an extraordinary election, which means they would take place in November, month-old, and possibly misuse of democratic votes.
Ramiz Kelmendi MP of the Republic of Kosovo Parliament, LDK” (like.) wrote Kelmendi.
