Through a communique for the media, they say, the construction process of the thermocentral plant “New Kosovo” continues to be followed by lack of transparency.
According to them, recently Green Foundation, the GAP Institute, the Group for Jury and Political Studies, and the Institute for Development Policy, which has closely conveyed the process of building TC “New Kosovo for years, have expressed concern as it has been denied access to related documents.
For this, Social Democrat Party Parliamentary Group through MP Dardan Sejdiu has today started at the address of Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj and Minister of Economic Development Valdrin Luka, the request for implementation of the Constitutional Court Act in Pristina, for allowing access to Thermot “New Kosovo”.
“Do not allow access to these documents is degradation and narrowing the volume of freedom of access to information guaranteed even with the Law for Access to Public Documents”, said in communique.
