The prosecution wants Burdushi back in jail

Prizren Prosecutor's spokeswoman, Victory Mehmeti, has said yesterday they will apply for expansion of the investigation and request for detention.

The case in question is the continuation of the previous case. Police and prosecutors during this raid have provided new evidence, as well as seized money and cars.

Otherwise, Prizren's Constitutional Prosecutorship had filed an indictment against Burdush in November last year.

According to the prosecution's indictment, Burdushi is charged with hiding the facts and with the illegal benefit of wealth for himself or the other person or for inflicting material damage on the other person, cheating or continuing to correct the other person and with this case being injured.

In this process, there is an agreement between the accused Hysni Peqani ʹ Burdushi, to heal a family member suffering from depression, in compensation for a $2 thousand euros, but that after a time the patient has shown no signs of healing, and as a result here the accused Burdushi puts the injured in ills and fraud, causing material damage.

With this, according to the indictment, the same man committed the criminal act of fraud.
