They are feeling discriminated against by the municipality in auctioning in providing temporary exploitation of property in the 15-year term, Klan Kosova reports.
Their demands are for the municipal assembly to be voted by majority of votes for current users to continue using their sterns.
It is unacceptable to pay the municipal tax for the use of space according to the current tax per square meter on the basis of laws, and according to areas where the sterns are located. We accept the condition for self-finance on changing new kinosca according to plan and on provisions set by Urbanism Directorate”, says the owner's written request.
