Kosovo, the elected of our people, should respect the will of Albanians in the Presevo Valley, expressed in the 1992 referendum, and the war of the Liberation Army for Presevo, Medvedja and Bujanoc. The demands of Albanians in the Presevo Valley, according to their free will for self-determination, are legitimate and in accordance with international law. Living these requirements helps long-term stability and contributes to the establishment of peace in the ROur anthem, opening a new chapter in relations between Kosovo and Serbia. As president of the country I have repeatedly supported the demands of Albanians in the Presevo Valley, but today I have also sent the Assembly a draft resolution, where beyond political differences or whatever, I have requested that these requests be supported and approved by the people's elected in the Assembly of the Republic of Kosovo.
