Three PANić officials seeking early elections

The recent clash between AAK officials and NISMA added rumours of a country's sending to extraordinary parliamentary elections. Initiative officials began criticism against MP Nitaj, even talking about the possibility of Limaj's party sending the country to early elections. But, yesterday's noon, a meeting took place between Prime Minister Haradinaj and Deputy Prime Minister Limaj, where he first appeared before reporters and exposed reports of a breach of relations between them. Haradinaj said the coalition with the Initiative is perfect and that according to him, the government's collapse does not endanger Limaj's party.
But it does not seem that way in the field. Initiative MP Zafir Berisha has estimated the moment has come for the country to go to early elections. A fact is that it's time for the majority to think about going to the elections and think about institutions and the state, not just about power. The malfunction of the House is disturbing, therefore the government's”, he declared yesterday.
By not specifying whether to vote the motion in the event it is raised by the opposition, Berisha has said the parties should sit down to discuss and agree on going to the polls. Days ago, independent MP, who is within the framework of the Initiative's Parliamentary Group, Milaim Zeka, has said the country must go to the polls.
Meanwhile, while claiming there must be new elections, member Qemajl Mustafa, who has been mayor of the Gjilan municipality, has said political parties should agree on the election date. “I have said very clearly that it would be good if Kosovo political subjects create a consensus about the end of this mandate and future elections”, he declared for “Zrin”. The current opposition has 58 votes to oust the Haradinaj government and is only needing three votes to do so.
