MPs issued 19 resolutions for two years. Implementation is almost zero.

Kosovo Assembly MPs have adopted 19 resolutions from the start of the sixth legislature, September 2017, so far. Despite that, however, their implementation is continuing to remain a problem, as most of the resolutions adopted are being ignored by relevant institutions.
So they consider the civil society's work monitors, who say although the resolutions are not legally binding for institutions, they have political effect and as such should be respected by responsible institutions. Two days ago Kosovo Assembly deputies approved the Resolution for the abolition of Monopoli over the autologisation service. Civil society representatives consider that even this resolution, as the rest will not find proper implementation, writes away “Voice”
While the opposition demands their tenacity, ruling party officials say the resolutions should be proposed only when any other path of law-refillment is blocked.
