A month's detention suspects found at 2.4kg of drugs

The Constitutional Prosecutor in Mitrovica has asked the Constitutional Court in Mitrovica to appoint detention for suspect F.S., from Vushtrria, after the same had been found two and 400 grams of marijuana, a bag of cannabis plant seeds, a pair of police-like handcuffs, eight rounds of bullets, and a spray.

The prosecution suspects that the person with F.S. initials performed criminal acts “Blery, possession, distribution and unauthorized selling of narcotics and psychotropic and analogic substances”, “Producing and unauthorized processing of narcotics, psychotropic substances, analogues or tools or narcotics or materials“, as well as “be kept in ownership, or possession of unauthorized weapons<5>, Penal Code of the Republic of Kosovo.

The Mitrovica Foundation Court's preliminary procedure judge at the session held yesterday approved the Constitutional Prosecutor's request in Mitrovica, and has assigned suspects F.S., the measure of detention for a month.
