Merkel showed no sign of poor health today, but she was sitting with a guest in front of the Government building in Berlin, which is also unusual against protocol during military and state honours.
The Chancellor yesterday suffered the third quake while staying with Finland's prime minister, Antti Rinne.
The German Chancellor was not well on June 27th, when she was standing next to German President Frank-Walter Steinmeier at a ceremony to appoint a new justice minister. Merkel was then offered a glass of water that she rejected.
Half an hour later Merkel came to parliament and looked good. Almost the same scene took place as Merkel welcomed Ukraine's President Volodimir Zelensky eleven days ago.
Merkel (65) stood near Zelensky in the sun, while the military group played Germany and Ukraine's anthems when it began to tremble.
She has said she feels good in health and that such things go to”.
