Matoshi: Today, treatment of more than 352 thousand construction without permission begins

In this case, Minister Matosi said the Environment Ministry has drafted 5 administrative guidelines regulating specific aspects of the process of treating construction without permission in our country.
“From today begins implementing the Law for Treatment of 352 thousand construction without permission, where most of them participated in categories 1 and 2, which are responsible for local level, while for category 3 responsible for the process of treatment of illegal construction is MMPH-ja”, said Minister Matosi.
According to the Ministry's media report leading Matosi, he said that with the empowering of these Administrative Instructions, legal infrastructure has been completed in all, and for implementation of the Law to handle illegal construction.
The “So with the implementation of this Law and Administrative Guides, we will have a substantial number of legalised objects throughout the territory of Kosovo”, said Minister Matoshi.
The first of the MMPH, Matosi indicated that with these guidelines there will be cheaper taxes, where for the first category it will be 1 euros per square metre, while in the second category it will be tax 2 euros per square metre.
Following the introduction of these instructions, Minister Matosi said there will be meetings with the mayors and relevant directors, as well as an information campaign for Kosovo citizens for the process.
While the director of the Department for Spahiu Space Planning, Construction and Banim, Servet Spahiu has presented details of these guidelines, which according to him complements the legal infrastructure for handling construction without permission.
He pointed to the state of illegal construction that were registered in the Nacional Register, where there are over 350,000 construction under it.
As a tip is a scheme that we have construction up to the old law, where there are 352 thousand 836 construction without permission in the registers we have. Of them are 8 thousand and 461 that have applied, where only 2,000 legal certificates have been issued and most are in the Pristina municipality”, Spahiu indicated.
The administrative guidelines that have been signed by Minister Matosh and that today are: Administration guidance for content and requirements for legalisation of construction data without permission; Administratorial management requirements for health and security, procedures and documentation for handling the construction without permission of category I and II; Administratorship for basic requirements for health and security, procedures and documentation for dealing with entity construction without permission I II; Administratorial Guide for Procedures and Destruction of Free Construction and Administrative Guide for Procedures Against Decisions to Treat Without Permission.
