Washington Dc is involved in torrential rains over the last few days that have caused massive flooding. The flood came unexpectedly for some Washington towns. They found themselves on roads blocked by water, where water levels kept rising.
Numerous emergency teams have been set up to come to the aid of citizens so that this flood can be passed without consequences on humans.
Flooding has also been on underground railway lines, paralyzing movement there.
