The annual report by the Kosovo Memorial Management Agency for 2018 has not been voted in the Commission for Agriculture, Forestry, Rural Development, Environment and Spatial Planning, since this Agency has failed to complete its report with data requested by commission members.
The commission decided to wait for the Agency on a two-week deadline for bringing these data to Lapidars so that they could then vote and escort this report for session.
Kosovo Institute Management Agency Chairman Bislim Zogaj said that how the Agency has failed to provide the required data for Lapidars, since it has not met in co-operation with mayors.
According to him, 50 per cent of the work has been completed and that this data is being provided by village representatives.
Zogaj said that in 10 days the Lapidar construction information will be completed.
The presumption of all Lapidars in the report, but most of all that should be on the agency's site we actually worked in this direction we could only bring them in as places or where they are, but we couldn't get through with what you wanted. This was not done for the first two reasons we've initially had no staff now completed in 10 days that we've been intensively getting 50 percent we've been able to get notes where those notes are where they are, who invested and how much they invested, we've actually had unpredictable obstacles and we've been surprised that we've been looking for all the municipalities to send us the data, but they don't have any information, any of the municipalities... Each village administrator, but we call him to give us notes of when they were built, who invested, and what it cost”, Zogaj said.
Linked to this election to reach information about Lapidaras reacted PDK MP Ganimete Musliu, who said this is not the right choice and asked the Agency to insist more that the data for the Lapidaris gets from Kosovo mayors.
According to her, the data that may be provided by village representatives may not be accurate.
For me, it's disturbing when it's said we've asked the municipalities to bring us the data and didn't bring it to us. . I'm thinking that you shouldn't be released at the level of village administrators or village representatives given that you will never get precise data, and you just can't have what is being asked, the terrain is very open, and it's a problem that the entire territory of Kosovo will cover it through village representatives, it's maratonic work and it's not done in 10 days and you won't have that data and let me put it into system<1>, Musliu said.
The same opinion with PDK deputy Ganimetie Musliu was also a member of the Agriculture Commission from the Vetevendosje Movement ranks, Sali Zyba, who requested some other clarifications concerning why there is no organography board.
“The format of organogram that you submitted to the scheme has said that in the organisational structure there is no explanation for those who read, the reason why there is no board, it is not in documents and standards or why there are no boards...23;32, if it is only required for them and it has not been met without a way of co-operation with them that your funds have been functioning for them for the same or common purpose, and I pray that after the municipality has co-operation with the means not only to go to the administrator of the village <1x> said Zba.
Until, Democratic League of Kosovo deputy Besa Gageri has shown doubts about abuses or corruption in the construction of Lapidars.
It's not impossible to collect this data, but there's no will, and I want to believe that there's a will, we're expecting you to gather this data more complete because this issue is how sensitive, how sacred, even with doubt of extreme corruption, and we have to discuss this job: ”, Gager said.
At this meeting of the commission for Agriculture, Vetevendosje Movement MP Sali Zyba has called for the discussion of hydropower plants and stonebreakers in Skenderaj, and co-operation with the ministry and the environment, but such a proposal did not pass and was decided to invite Environment and Spatial Planning Minister Fatmir Matosi and the residents of these hydropower plants and stonebreakers and discuss the situation there.
During this meeting, members of this commission have also voted out 24 amendments to the Bill on Biocid Products, and 30 amendments to the Bill on the Operators and the Oda of Engineers in the construction field.
