Limaj: We must propose that the dialogue be mediated by the German minister, not Borrell

But, Limaj has proposed that Moghrin's deputy, as mediator in dialogue, be European Commission presidential candidate Ursula von der Leyen, currently Germany's defence minister.
With scepticism and concern we have seen Borrell's appointment as Kosovo, and the danger is that we have Spain's position at the negotiating table. How it's going to go on, let's see. I think that as Kosovo we should demand that the mediator's role be taken up by European Commission presidential candidate Ursula von der Leyen, so the process will have the dynamics and importance of” itself, Limaj has said.
