(7 years ago)Contrary to Administrative Guide for the criteria and procedures of appointing members of the State Council of Quality, Minister of Education, Science and Technology (MASHT), Shyqiri Bytyqi, has named a member of the State Quality Council (KSHC), writes Koha Ditore today. New members of the KSHC, Bytyqi has named Professor of the Jurydic Faculty Osman Ismaili on 2 July. The appointment decision is based on Administrative Guide for the criteria and the appointment procedures of KSHC members, issued on May 7th 2018. Yet it is a guide. August has to publish a public invitation for the nomination of KSF members. The ministry has confirmed there has been no public call for this position.
“Osman Ismaili is named member of the Kosovo Agency's State Quality Council for Accreditation. The mandate of members of the State Council of Quality of the Kosovo Agency for Discension takes place according to administrative direction dealt with criteria and the appointment procedures of KSHC members/ AKA\x1>, says the decision on appointing Ismaili to the State Council of Quality.
