Ahmeti has said that Germany is seeking from Balkan countries about 70 thousand nurses, in construction workers of around 40 thousand, agronomim and agriculture around 50,000, industry around 35 thousand, the auto industry around 20 thousand, IT and technology about 15,000 workers.

These workers have extremely favourable salaries and conditions. We have arguments that much of those who go to Germany work and do not leave family. They invest in Kosovo, and part even turn around and create small and large companies”, he said at RTV Dukajini.

Ahmeti says the goal is not to leave medical staff from Kosovo, but to train the unemployed who want to work in Germany.

These people want to teach them German at their respective level where they want to work and qualify and prepare professionally so that when they go to Germany they can have a guaranteed job and have an apartment to stay in, have working conditions and a business contract”, he said.

Interpersonnel Company Director Kosova says all those prepared by this company are guaranteed visas and retirement jobs.

This contract guarantees you a 1,500-euro minimum salary and all the contributions and insurance that German legislation requires. I officially say that in international personnel no one has signed a 1,500-euro salary contract. The smallest salary ever signed for nurses has been 1,900 euros net to 7,950 euros”.

Ahmeti says the big salary comes to those professionals who have scientific titles, driving patents, experience at different jobs.
