LDK's Haxhi Avdyli proposes 10 more investments instead of Dukagjin Highway

LDK MP Haxhi Avdyli proposed to Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj ten investments worth 1 billion euros, as much as the cost of the Dukagjin Highway is.

According to Avdyl, instead of the highway, this amount can be distributed in many sectors and investment in other important institutions of the Dukagjin Raraf.

Avdyli calls his proposal “free advice to Ramush Haradinaj and his fellow tenderers and asphalteers”.

What do we have to do with 1,000,000,000 dollars on the Dukagjin highway?

Some free advice for Ramush Haradinaj and his fellow tenderers and asphalt:

1. 200 million for the existing road by expanding, by 4 lanes.
2. Out of 50 million for the Dukagini, Pec, Gjakova, Prizren, all 150 miles.
3. Out of 50 million for 3 regional hospitals in Dukagjin. No Hospital has magnetic resonance that costs only $1 million at the most, and it mostly becomes private in Pristina, costing 150. No hospital has an invasive cardiology service, they don't have many life-saving emergency services. There are shortages of drugs and basic equipment.
4. As a 100 million agricultural region, we had provided subsidies for greenhouses, purchases of agricultural equipment, openings to processing miniphabs, and so on.
5. Agricultural school for students for 10 million.
6. Development of small enterprises, support of new businesses for young people 50 million.
7. Poor, homeless families would have been in Dukagjin with only 20 million.
8. We had bought another helicopter for any medical emergency or other needs cost up to 2 million.
9. By 70 million, we had also built nests and improved our school infrastructure at every school.
10. With some 250 million that had gone too far from 1 billion after we'd done all this work for our Dukagjini that we want not only for votes, we had established the basis for THE HOLYEAL IGURICE FOR all of Kosovo's inhabitants.
