The 20-year-old lawyer has announced that the acts he is accused of involve serious murder and violation.
“We, as protection, have demanded that his mental state be considered, since he has declared that when he did his works, he was under the influence of alcohol”, Fitim Maloku, an S.O.O. lawyer, reports KTV.
The prosecution has applied for a month-long detention measure.
So S.O. It burdens up to 25 years in prison and more.
