Kosovo, Albania with joint diplomacy, Pacolli, Cakaj sign agreement

Pacolli has indicated that in Tirana they have signed the agreement for diplomatic co-operation between Tirana and Pristina.
The extremely happy “that today in Tirana we have signed the historic agreement for strategic co-operation between the ministries of foreign affairs that will unite and draw closer to 11 years of independence the diplomatic co-operation of Kosovo and Albania. We aim to develop a co-ordinated policy in strategic areas of national importance in foreign policy”, Pacolli wrote.
Pacolli says Kosovo and Albania will closely co-ordinate foreign policy, create joint diplomatic missions and share staff and experience in implementing our national interests. This is a major step forward to come together on the world stage and act as a nation.
“I am grateful to Albania's Foreign Affairs Minister Gent Cakaj that we have taken this big step together. Albania will always protect Kosovo's interests, and Kosovo will do the same. As two countries, one nation, we will be represented worldwide with a unified voice, Pacolli said at the end.
