But he has been fired for five months, with the reason he has committed legal offense.
According to Arifi, the mayor of the municipality, has done this for political reasons, as, he says, has not been a supporter of it, KTV reports.
Arifi has initially complained to the Independent Council for Civil Service.
Two others who are among the 51 fired have had a 5-year contract, but not yet finished, it has been suspended.
They say the reason for that is that the mayor wanted to hire his family.
They've fired us just to hire members of their own family. We've been looking for reasons to know why we're getting fired, but we never got an answer. We've been to the Education Inspectorate in Gjilan, two decisions have come in favour of our own but we haven't returned to work, while the case has gone to the Ministry of Labour and Social Goods, they've turned negative answers to us, so we've also sent the subject to the” Court, said Zoran Spasac, former employee in the Klocott municipality.
I've been fired from the workplace just to hire a relative of his, I've been working as a homehouse at the Health House in this municipality, but neither have I been given a reason why my contract is being terminated, said Jovica Stolic, from the Kllokot municipality.
Klokot Mayor Bozidar Dejanovic has suspended the contract from 51 people, 40 of whom are in the education and health sector.
The general audience has found irregularities in the unilateral interruption of these people's contracts.
Although employees had labor contracts until 2024, the municipality management has declared them to be invalid contracts and issued decisions to cut these contracts, the audience report says.
