KIPRED: 11.2 %s of Sxaed population in serious economic condition

In the South Mitrovica municipality, 8.1% of the population live from social aid, and 9.4% from pensions; meanwhile, the worst situation is in the Sqaheraj municipality, where 11.2% of the population live from social aid, and 9.4% from pensions.
These are the findings of the Kosovar Institute for Research and Development of Politics (KIPRED), which present today “Economic Prophylin Socio of South Mitrovica Region municipalities”.
The Kosovar Institute for Research and Development of Politics (KIPRED) at the conference held today in Mitrovica with the mayors and representatives of the South Mitrovica region's municipal municipalities, representatives of the Kosovo Police and civil society will present “Prophylin Socio Economic Commissions of South Mitrovica region”.
To that end, The KIPRED has summed up data on population structure and demographic movements, on the level and structure of education, culture and sports, the extent of information technology, the religious structure, including the number of objects and religious clergy, violent extremism, criminalism, the structure of the population in economic activity, municipal budgets and the support they offer for youth activities, municipalities in South Mitrovica, Vushtare, and Scytheright.
The data shows that, with the exception of the South Mitrovica municipality, most of the population of the 15-29-year age group of municipalities in this region live in rural parts of these municipalities. The highest level of education has the South Mitrovica municipality, then comes the Vushtrria and Skyeraj Community, which remains the lowest in the region. The South Mitrovica municipality has solid cultural and sports infrastructure for young people, while in the municipalities of Vushtrri and Svilaj, this infrastructure is significantly weaker. As for the religious structure, the absolute majority of residents in these municipalities (99%) have been declared to belong to Islamic faith. R. The number of individuals who have been attached to foreign wars -- namely, terrorist organisations in Iraq and Syria -- to the South Mitrovica municipality is 0.011 per 1,000, to the Vushtrri municipality is 0.15 individuals in 1,000 people, and also to the Sklomite municipality is 0.15 individuals in 1,000 people. In general, the economic situation of these individuals is mostly medium, and they mostly have middle and low schooling. The number of criminal acts for 1,000 residents is the highest in the Group of Vushtrri with 14.6, while the lowest is in the District Hall with 6.5, while in South Mitrovica that number is 11.8.< /p>

In terms of capital spending and subsidies for culture, sports and youth, in the South Mitrovica municipality these present 2.1% of the total value of capital spending and subsidies, in Vushtrria 7.9%, while in Skenderaj 7.3%. Such expenses do not nearly satisfy the needs of the schoolwork of young people in these municipalities.
