The Special Court has caused <x0-therms” political in Kosovo, with recent invitations it has sent towards former KLA members.
Ramush Haradinaj resigned from the prime minister's post last week due to the invitation he received from the tribunal. In his post, dozens of other former KLA superiors have been invited for interviews over the past seven months, writes the newspaper “Voice”.
The chairman of the KLA War Veterans' Organisation, Hysni Gucati, has said that so far, over 70 interviews invitations have come from the Special Court. Only the last two days, as he has indicated, by the Special have two former KLA participants received an invitation. There are two new invitations that arrived 3-4 days ago in Prizren. One is Avd. Abraham and the other did not want to reveal his name. But two invitations so far have arrived”, he has declared.
Gucati has said that it is not yet known exactly when they will go to interview the last two special guests. “Dates are not yet scheduled for travel, but guests are for the Special Court. It is expected that they will go too quickly”, Gucati added.
