For four of the suspects, the prosecutor has decided not to seek the detention measure, while, for the rest, no decision has been made.

After the prosecution presented evidence of the charges charged, and the defence side also submitted their claims, the decision not to detain four of the accused was taken.

For journalists, the prosecutor, Ilaz Beqiri, confirmed this.

“Shexim Statofci, Haki Jashari, Ljiljana Bozovic and Ava Kurteshi is set not to be assigned detention measures because they estimate there is no basis for the detention measure to be set for them”, Beqiri said, who said that the decision will be made for others within 48 hours.

Prosecutor Ilaz Beqiri has said that for 19 defendants he has sought a month of detention. /Periscopi
