Haradinaj has no answer for what to do with the decision on property in the north

The office of Kosovo's prime minister has told the Coha.net portal that he has so far received no official announcement about this decision. The prime minister has yet to officially accept this decision. Whenever the decision is made, further steps and procedures will be viewed and then we act”, the Kosovo Prime Minister's Office's written response reads today “Koha Ditore”.
But from the presidency say it has been important that the decision to withdraw from the privatisation of social property in the north be annulled, even though the Constitution came to the conclusion that the requirement for alleged conflict between the president's constitutional competencies and the Government is unacceptable for review at merit. The Kosovo president's Information Office has told the Koha.net portal that President Thaci “has always respected and respected” all decisions by the Constitutional Court.
“For the president of the Republic of Kosovo, as guarantor of the constitutional functioning of institutions, has been important to annul all decisions on carrying the real estate of the Republic of Kosovo, for exploiting municipalities in the absence of legal base, and this has been achieved after proceeding of the request to the Constitutional Court”, says the Coha.net response by the Presidency.
