. Gucati has said that among those interviewed by this tribunal there are deputies who have already voted to establish this court.
Special Court will expect everything. This is a faithless Court. I'm telling you with the greatest sincerity. That could call a child who was eight or nine years old at the time. Every minute, every day we receive invitations from the Special Court, it will be a great number of guests, so far over 80 have gone. We have deputies from the Kosovo Parliament who have been conducting an interview here in the Specialised Chambers in Kosovo who did not want their names made public. I had appealed to friends who didn't need to hide names, we should be proud why we were part of the KLA and Commander, they should be proud”, he told Online Economy.
He says the Special Court is the greatest disgrace that ever happened in our history.
This political court aims to equate the UCK war with Serb crimes in Kosovo. According to him, the Court, except that it is political, can also be called the Racist Court because, as he said, it is unilateral and is not for all citizens of Kosovo.
For us it is unacceptable and in time we have reacted against the Special Court. With the understanding of the word I say that this is the Racist Court, we have facts and arguments why it is racist, it is unilateral, it is not the Court for all Kosovo citizens or for all ethnicities living in Kosovo. It's only for Albanians and KLA soldiers”.
Gucati has considered Ramush Haradinaj's interview at The Hague unjust for the fourth time.
He says Haradinaj is innocent, which he has witnessed now and many times and that he will triumph in the end.
He has warned that if this Court is to issue convictions for any of the guests then they will mobilise and take appropriate measures.
