Periscop sources have confirmed that Lekaj is a cousin of Minister Paul Lekaj, as well as grandson of Lekaj's Cabinet Chief Silver Zeynep.
The same Periscop sources suggest that Lekaj was working as an examiner and that he was employed in this ministry, following receiving the mandate from current minister Paul Lekaj.
In addition to Flamur Lekaj, 23 suspects in the driver's license were arrested in yesterday's Kosovo Police action.
16 of them are officials of the Ministry of Infrastructure.
