Florim Ejupi at Germany's Vucicin trial following charges against him

Serbia's president, Aleksandar Vuciq, has spoken to reporters yesterday about the murder of Serbian politician Oliver Ivanovic. He has taken revenge on Milan Radojicicic, the person who is sought by Kosovo justice as suspected of killing Ivanovic, saying he has nothing to do with the case, meanwhile on the [...] side.
The head of the Serbian state has linked businessman Florim Ejupi to the murder, saying he is involved in the physical elimination of Ivanovic. Following these statements by the Serbian president, Ejupi has been addressed to the justice bodies in Germany, where he denounced Vucinqiqi for the statements made.
The former Florim Ejupi airport, Mahmut Halimi, in a proposal to the newspaper inFokus, showed these details by saying that this is entirely a dangerous propaganda of Serbia led by President Alexander Vucic.
“Yes, Florim Ejupi, has recognized the German Police, that Serbian media have involved him in the murder of Oliver Ivanovic, which has nothing real. I, as a lawyer, am convinced that every time the accused is mentioned, Milan Radojcic, activates Serbian President, trying to clear his name, and this time he finds a person who has nothing to do with it. According to Vucic, BIA and Serbian internal affairs have proved that Radojcici is clean, and that it has done the job Florim Ejupi. Yes, this propaganda is no longer being sold, and that is what the citizens of Serbia” have learned themselves, Mahmut Halimi has declared.
But who is Florim Ejupi, who surprisingly turned out to be a potential name by Serbs, who stands behind the politician's murder?
Florim Ejupi's name has been known since the postwar. He was the prime suspect of a case described as a terrorist attack, in which case a civilian bus loaded with Serbs was attacked on February 16, 2001.
From that bomb, 12 Serb civilians were killed and another 40 wounded. All of these were traveling to the Gracanica monastery from Nis in Serbia.
Ejupi was arrested by UNMIK police at the time until he had escaped from military prison in the Bondsteel camp to be arrested again in Tirana, meanwhile, in 2009 he was released in a lack of evidence.
Florim Ejupi was sentenced to 40 years in prison until he was released from Dubrava Prison after eight years in prison.
The College of the Supreme Court, in which there were three international and two local judges, has ordered the release of Florim Ejupi in lack of evidence.
The Supreme Court Judge's <x0-dogment, composed of five judges from EULEX and two local judges, ordered his immediate release from Dubrava Prison in the afternoon of March 12th. He was acquitted of any charges in the absence of evidence”, written in a press communique issued by EULEX in 2009.
The day after his release from prison, Ejupi said that he felt good about justice being served.
I was acquitted of all charges in the Supreme Court and I am now free. I always knew I would be released because that sentence was unfair, with witnesses mounted, and the whole case was mounted”, he said.
EJupi is married and has children until after his release from prison he had declared that he would seek compensation for years in prison.
The same is now 40 years, until it comes from the village of Sekira, in the Podujevo municipality.
Ejupi was convicted of 11 murders, dozens of injuries, for terrorism, causing general risk, racial discrimination and illegal possession of explosives.
According to the Serbian president, Florim Ejupi after conducting the assassination has fled Kosovo through the Rinas airport.
He also mentioned another name regarding Ivanovic's execution. It's Edmond Zekaj who changed his name to Lira Zekaj and who was in Mitrovica on the day Ivanovi was executed. According to Vucinqi he is currently taking refuge in Germany.
Florim was also arrested in 2014 following the testimony of prisoners Shkumbin Mehmeti, who charged him and Bajram Kicmar for the murder of two policemen -- a UNMIK policeman and a Kosovo police officer.
Florim Ejupi was acquitted of double-killing by being released.
