The country's former president and LDK chairman, Fatmir Sejdiu, has recently made a status in his Facebook profile regarding the outcome of domestic elections at the branch and sub-side level in the party, and about the election of leadership that is expected to take place on August 3rd.

Mr. Sejdiu is known as one of the potential candidates to succeed Isa Mustaf in the mayor's position.

Taking into account the composition of delegates from all over Kosovo that will vote for the new leader of this party, the leading people already know the election epilogue and even the new chairman, Periscope reports.

Mr. Sejdiu suggests the LDK has only chosen the new chairman and candidate for prime minister in consensual form.

He repeats in some cases that the LDK will be led jointly and that it will prove it is powerful and that it will take power.

“The LDK will testify that it is powerful precisely because it is a party of free people and with great democratic devotion.” he writes.

This suggests that Sejdiu will be part of the LDK structure. As the new consensual chairman of the Democratic League of Kosovo, what Periscope finds out is expected to be Mr. Remember Shala.

This is Mr. Sadie.

The LDK is the house we built together and we have to keep it strong and magnificent, yes together.

The process of domestic elections at the level of all LDK branches has already been completed.
At the conclusion of this process, I wish to congratulate the election and assume responsibilities of all LDK branch heads, the elected in all branch and submarine structures, as well as delegates of the IX Electoral Assembly, as representatives of thousands of members and sympathies of the Democratic League of Kosovo.
Along with the hunger, for good work and success in the responsibilities that have been undertaken, I would like to stress that the future Assembly as the climax of this election process should be a assembly of enrichment and re-establishment of fundamental principles on which it was founded and established. The LDK is deeply democratic: freedom, tolerance, competition, responsibility and transparency. These principles gave the noble, political, and civilistic identity to our beloved people and country, the Republic of Kosovo, which has the philosophy of the historic president of independence and the state of Kosovo, Dr. Ibrahim Rugova, who also became a sign of respect for Kosovo worldwide.
In the next country of the Democratic League of Kosovo, we must all together, with unity of actions as a leading political force, mobilize once again to fully realise Kosovo's vision independent, sovereign, democratic state. To make Kosovo a normal and clear development perspective, in which we all want to live. A Kosovo in which order and law govern and progress quickly in the Euro-Atlantic integration process in the EU and NATO, and which strongly maintains permanent co-operation and friendship with the US.
With clear and decisive visions and actions, united and wise leaders coming out of the next Parliament, The LDK will prove that it is powerful precisely because it is a party of free people and with great democratic devotion. It will prove to be a modern party where the potentials of all generations are realised, strongly combining tradition with modern and developing and implementing the best principles of contemporary governance. As such as the centre-right political force and a powerful member of the European People's Party family, the LDK will prove to be our country's European future party.
Kosovo is going through a critical phase now and for many years. Therefore, the Democratic League of Kosovo, as a party of clear vision and of decisive and bold actions, needs our country more than ever to lead.
Kosovo needs the LDK leadership, located in defence and preservation of Kosovo's state sovereignty and territorial integrity, which is targeted by Serbia's actions spent in the “dialog package with Kosovo”. These actions of Serbia are deeply oriented in compromising all processes that have resulted from Kosovo's independence, from the Independence Act itself on February 17th 2008, its recognitions from over 115 countries, the empowering of its citizenship that was confirmed even through the JND decision, as well as the fight of Kosovo preventing its membership in international mechanisms.
It is the moment in the upcoming LDK election framework to witness our democratic values and successfully crown the electoral process, so we will also jointly write a new page of our history, which will be a sign that the LDK is the most trusted and organised party in Kosovo.
With clear vision and elected leadership in the next country that will be the representative of the identity of a party of political, national, human and civic value; as a political force responsible to the interests of Kosovo citizens, The LDK will be willing to take over the country's leadership and governance in the next mandate to emerge from the national elections before us.
As I have said before, the Democratic League of Kosovo is Kosovo's negligible political value, while it is our duty to protect and further develop that value!
The LDK is the house we built together and we have to keep it strong and magnificent, yes together. The LDK is the hope and future of this country.
