Enver Hasani: Probing Haradinaj's post is abuse

Former Constitutional Court head Enver Hasani on show “The DPT at Fidan” has spoken about the situation created following the irrevocable resignation from Ramush Haradinaj's post of prime minister.

Hasan has said that even Isa Mustafa, when the vote of confidence was dropped, has had the opportunity to do the same and make decisions.

The vote of confidence, when made in the case of Isa Mustaf, was signed because there were no legal or constitutional restrictions and to execute his willful competencies, make highways or whatever”, he said.

Asked whether it is abuse to make decisions after stepping down from Ramush Haradinaj, Hasani has indicated it is abuse.
